Greetings!

Our general dental practice in Redwood City is dedicated to providing proficient reliable dental services and the role of dental assistant is pivotal in achieving this mission. We have an opening for an RDA(or DA with minimum 2 years experience), Monday through Thursday 8 to 5 pm. We do open up a half day Friday once in awhile (few times a year).

Our Dentist only sees on average 8-10 patients per day. Easy to manage and assist. We do have a sterilization tech that manages the instruments and does also assist when need be. She helps facilitate the flow of the back office. You will always have help with setting up and breaking down rooms.

Candidate must be dependable, punctual and professional with strong work ethics as well as a team player!

Responsibilities include:

*ordering and managing dental supplies

*chairside assisting

*taking digital x-rays

*coronal polishing

*making temporary crowns

*taking alginate impressions

*making NG, Bleaching trays, and retainers

(We have the awesome TekFit machine! If you are not accustomed to using a particular type machinery or not experienced in some minor areas of occlusal restoration fabrication, no need to worry-we will happily train you.)

Current CPR and x-ray license required. Dentrix experience preferred but not required.

Our current assistant will be leaving to pursue her scholastic endeavors, so we are seeking her replacement, please respond immediately if you’re interested and qualified. We are conveniently located in Redwood City across from the Caltrain Sequoia Station (but we will be moving to our new office in San Carlos this fall!).
